Book Blogger Holiday Swap – Secret Santa gifts

Several days ago I received a package from my Book Blogger Holiday Swap Secret Santa. Inside I found three books that have been on my wish list for a while. I’m really looking forward to reading them in the new year.

Click each cover for more information.

Thank you to my Secret Santa: Barbara.

I also want to thank the coordinators of the BBHS:

The UPS man delivered a package on Monday.

How exciting to open it and find:

I felt like a kid on Christmas morning!

I found a cute “meowy christmas” card tucked inside.

A great mug (click photo for a closer look)

Burt’s Bees Hand Creme and Lip Balm

Thank you to my generous secret santa, Melissa.

She selected a book I’ve wanted to read since I first heard about it.

And the rest of the gifts are perfect for someone (me) stuck in

the deep freeze aka the north central US

A big THANK YOU to the Holiday Swap coordinators 🙂

The big excitement for the week was the arrival of my Holiday Swap gift on Friday. It was in a box from Amazon so I didn’t realize it was the HS gift until I opened it and saw the wrapped books. I thought I’d share how gifts are handled by Amazon since I’ve never tried it. After receiving this, I would have no problem sending gifts from them (I’m not an Amazon associate).
