This was Aryn Kyle’s first novel. I enjoyed her writing style and use of language. Although I didn’t identify with many characters, I know people like them. It was an emotional read for me. I felt such sadness for the main characters. By the end of the book I wanted to know more of what became of them, especially the narrator and her family. Is that a sign of a good book? I rate it 4/5.
