Looks like some of your classic “beach reads.” Which, for some reason, you can’t read any other time of the year! I just don’t get it.

LOL Lloyd, those publishers have a beach read agenda I think 😀

I haven’t read a beachy book for a long time and I don’t know why, the beach is my favorite place. I need to read one soon.

I’ve read so many already this season I’m almost ready for a Christmas book, haha.

Both books look really good but, of the two, Our House is the one that stands out to me. I hope you have a great week, Mary!

I hope Our House is as good as the blurb that hooked me!

I have Our House waiting in the wings, and I’m so looking forward to it! I also love the look of the other books…the sea and cottages are just the thing for the season. Enjoy! Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES

Our House is tempting me and I really want to try the Debbie Macomber. I always associate her with Christmas but that one looks so wonderfully summery. Have a great week!

I tend to enjoy her non-Christmas books more – not sure why because I love Christmas and love Macomber 🙂

I probably read one of hers a year. I like knowing what I’ll get when I read her books. Pure comfort.

All of your featured books look and sound very good, but the Louise Candlish title really caught my eye this week.
I have of course, come across this author mentioned on several blogs, however I have yet to read any of her books myself.
‘Our House’ sounds really spooky and I couldn’t imagine how I would feel if it happened to me. With ratings and reviews as amazingly good as they are, I just can’t go wrong by adding it to my ‘Want To Read’ shelf!
Thanks for the lovely feature 🙂
