I totally agree about the cover art quality of some of the romance books you feature here each week – they are so colourful and full of life!
I haven’t come across the name of Susan Mallery before and I was quite liking the sound of ‘The Friends We Keep’, until I read that the story is set in a place called ‘Mischief Bay’, which throws the authenticity of the story right up in the air for me!
I did however, like your review of ‘Rainy Day Sisters’, which seems to have a bit more of an in depth storyline and stronger characters.
