I love Louise Penny’s books. The Brutal Telling was actually the first book of hers that I read, and then I went back and read every one of them. Her latest wasn’t one I liked, though.
Not sure you saw my post that my son and I went to Quebec for a visit and for a Louise Penny tour. It was a lovely time and a great tour. BEAUTIFUL city.
ENJOY this week.

Hi Mary,
I have my eye on the Louise Penny book, although definitely not one for me as an audio copy!
As I haven’t read any of her books before, I am not sure that this book will work as a stand alone, so I shall probably aim to get hold of a copy of the first book in the series, just to make sure!
Thanks for sharing and have a good week 🙂
