  1. Looks like you hung in there with the steps! I didn’t get in as much exercise this week as I usually do – some days it just didn’t fit Today though I will be walking with a friend this morning

  3. I think the steps look awesome! A cold can deplete one, so its always good to be kind to yourself when it threatens.

    I do hope that you are feeling more like your old self today.

    I always tend to try and fight my way through a cold, but as hubbie points out, I realise when it is too late, that I am doing myself no favours and I should be treating it with a little more respect and TLC.

    I keep meaning to get myself a step counter, as I know that I take thousands of steps in my job each day, although hubbie seems to think I stand still all the time. A step counter would prove to us both how fit we really are, compared to how fit we think we are!
