Treadmill book! I have tried that but find it hard. I can do audio on the tread mill but prefer music to get motivated 😀

Sheila, I read on the iPad when on the treadmill. No way could I manage a paper book. It makes my exercise much more enjoyable, that’s for sure!

I hadn’t thought of that, the iPad would be easier to rest on the treadmill… – but when I hurt my hip, my PT lady said that holding anything is likely not proper walking posture so I haven’t read/walked in a long time now. 😦 (I haven’t used the treadmill at all in a long time.)

did you knit Grace’s hat?? I love it! It’s supposed to warm up to 52 Tuesday and then 42 Wednesday and then plummet again…I really hate winter right about now!! Have a great night!
