Hi Mary,
This is a new to me author, but one that I shall be aiming to start reading just as soon as possible.
‘Thief Of Shadows’ does sound as though it could be read as a stand alone novel, although to do it justice, I suspect that I need to read the books in order, to get the full impact of the storyline.
I am really ‘getting into’ my historical novels just lately, so this series will make a welcome addition, thanks for sharing.

I don’t usually read books like this but this one sounds pretty good. I do know a lot of people really like this author.
