A few months ago I snapped this picture of the Roosevelt Bridge in Arizona. According to information I found via a Google search it spans 1080 feet across the lake and is the longest two-lane single-span steel-arch bridge in North America.

  1. That is just gorgeous. I like the symmetry in the reflection. When I think of Arizona I don’t usually think of bridges over water.

  2. That is a beautiful photo, Mary. Two lanes huh? I’m glad we got to see this from afar. I suspect I wouldn’t be able to look at the scenery if I were driving across it. LOL

  3. I’ve never heard of this bridge before, but then I’ve only recently made my first trip to Arizona (to Tucson).

It’s a lovely picture with the reflection on the water.
